A platform to work-from-home for foreign companies.

Elphe is an employment platform designed to enable Indian talent to work for foreign tech companies. You can register your job profile and interested companies located in countries such as US, UK and Australia will reach out to you. Once you successfully clear the interview, you can “work from home” for the foreign entity while enjoying permanent employment benefits such as ESI, EPF, paid leaves and health insurance.

Elphe is for Indian job seekers who are looking for permanent work-from-home roles, if you are looking for short-term roles, checkout Upwork or similar services.

• You register your job profile and upload your resume.
• Companies find talent with required skill set using our talent search feature.
• If your skills match, one or more companies will send interview requests to you.
• You can view the company profile and job description as part of the interview request.
• If you accept the interview request, the company will be notified along with your email address.
• The company contacts you directly and organises one or more rounds of interview.
• If successful, we will issue an offer letter to you with compensation and other details.
• Once you accept the offer, we undertake your joining formalities.
• Once complete, you become a “permanent employee” of Elphe.
• You will work-from-home directly for the foreign company which becomes a “client” of Elphe.
• We will be your point of contact for all HR related queries including payroll.

The probation period is 3 months for all roles offered on Elphe. During the probation period the notice period is 1 week for both parties. The probation period is designed for you to ascertain if the working environment and the roles and responsibilities of the job are suitable before you commit to a long term relationship.

If you find the job unsuitable during the probation period, you have the option to resign the job with one week's notice. Following the successful completion of probation, the notice period for both parties transitions to one month.

Elphe is designed to “get out of the way” and let the you have a direct relationship with the company. We are in the loop to provide for a legal framework that would facilitate this relationship and from that point-of-view Elphe should be considered as the HR department. Except for HR and legal matters which will be handled via. email, you will work with the company as if hired directly.

In essence, you are employed by Elphe on behalf of the client.
