Platform Fee

The platform covers payroll, HR, legal, support and other functions. Every profile includes a monthly rate which is inclusive of the platform charges.
Yearly Rate
Employee CTC + Platform Fee + GST (18%)
Employee Cost-to-company (CTC) - Overall cost incurred by the platform for employing a talent for an year, which includes gross salary, statutory benefits, health insurance etc. The yearly rate is only used for calculation purposes and it's not used in billing.

Weekly subscription is charged during the probation period (first 3 months).

Monthly Subscription is charged post probation period. An all inclusive monthly rate in your local currency is displayed upfront for each profile.

HR Functions
We provide the following HR functions including payroll processing, timesheet management, attendance management, leave management etc...
Email Support
All pre-hiring, hiring and post-hiring enquiries are handled by our dedicated customer support team via. email with an SLA of 1 working day (9AM - 5PM IST +5:30 Monday to Friday).
Account Manager
A dedicated account manager will be allocated to you if you have five or more active hires with us.

All subscriptions are pre-paid i.e. processed in advance for the next cycle. An all inclusive monthly subscription rate in your local currency is displayed for each profile upfront.
Probation Peroid

During the probation period, which lasts for three months, the notice period for both parties is one week. This period allows you to evaluate the skills and attitudes of the talent before committing to a long-term relationship.

You'll pay a weekly subscription during the probation period. If you find the candidate unsuitable during this time, you can terminate the employment with one week's notice. You explicitly confirm if a candidate has successfully completed the probation period, after which you'll transition to a monthly subscription model.

Our platform serves as the conduit for establishing a direct relationship, while also ensuring legal compliance and support. This means that while Elphe handles HR and legal matters behind the scenes, such as employment contracts and compliance with local regulations, you will interact directly with the candidate on a day-to-day basis. This setup allows for clear communication channels and fosters a sense of ownership and responsibility within your team.

In essence, the talent will function as a direct member of your team, with Elphe ensuring seamless support in HR and legal aspects.

Success factor

Based on our experience, we've learned that the success of a remote team isn't guaranteed by hiring just one person. While starting with one individual might seem like a logical choice, we highly recommend beginning with at least two or even three members for the initial team size. Our observations indicate that a successful remote tech team can save companies several hundred thousand dollars annually in the long term.
